Pet Policy

Homespot Properties tries to be a pet-friendly property management company but there are certain requirements. Listed below is an overview of our general pet policy that is applicable for most units we manage. We consider a pet to be any type of animal living in or around the home including, but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, snakes, iguanas, fish, mice, rats, gerbils, etc.

Fees and Pet Rent

A $250 non-refundable pet fee.
The first pet is an extra $75 per month rent
The second pet is an extra $50 per month rent
The third pet is an extra $25 per month rent

There is a three pet limit per property.

Breed Restrictions

If you have a pet that is on the restricted list, you will need to provide Pet Liability Coverage for that pet on your Renter’s Insurance.
